I have been trying to work out the purpose for the giant hole. Bottom Right next to the red mini bus is Exchange Place 3 so the hole is located where 1 IFC is now. I IFC is built on this round base - I guessed it was something to do with the MTR airport express road/taxi access but no idea why they chose that design
