Leslie & Cicely Warren

This photo taken on the lawn of The Towers, 20 Broadwood Road, home of Charles Warren, shows Leslie and Cicely Warren, newly arrived in Hong Kong in about May 1923. They had been married for 10 months while Leslie finished his apprenticeship as an architect in England. Leslie had been born and educated in Hong Kong up to the age of 13 and returned after leaving school  in 1917 in order to learn his father's business at C.E. Warren & Co. He returned to England in 1918 to take up a cadetship in the Royal Air Force. At the end of the war he began his training as a sanitary engineer and architect which would give him up to date qualifications for joining his father's business. While apprenticed to an architect in Birmingham he met and married Cicely Taylor. Cicely was completely unprepared for the dramatic events that would unfold after her arrival in Hong Kong and returned home within the year. Although I have found the date of Cicely's eventual return to Hong Kong,  I have not been able to find the precise date of her departure (as Mrs L.B. Warren?)  in around 1924. I should be grateful if anyone can help me to fill in this gap in my family story.
