Is this Lawsons home in Hull or Wanchai Gap in Hong Kong?

With this T8 keeping us at home today, I have been browsing/reading some of the history of the defence of Hong Kong on a Canadian Military History site and came across this articles entitled: Brigadier J.K. Lawson and Command of “C” Force at Hong Kong" by Tyler Wenzell, a Canadian Military Historian. Very interesting but looking at this photograph contained within (and me coming from the North of England originally) I would say this photograph is not of Lawsons home in Hull as stated, but rather (I think) an aerial view over Wanchai Gap in Hong Kong. If so, would an aerial photgraph like this have been taken in 1910 either? Any views which might confirm this error? Thanks. PAUL
