I beleive that I took this at Sek Kong, at the foot of Timo Shan where Route TWSK starts. However, I also visited the Temple of 10,000 Buddhas at Tai Po a few times and it could have been there. Maybe someone can tell from the Chinese characters on the arch.

Ling Wan Monastery
Ling Wan Monsatery in the southern (Pat Heung) end of Lam Tsuen has a gate with these characters, although it's newer. Perhaps this was the original or earlier version? It's not far from the start of Route Twisk.

Both the gateway and the caligraphy are of different styles. The older ones seems Roman style to me. But the location seems right. The stairway at the back seems the same.
Maybe Ling Wan Monastery had rebuilt the gateway together with other newer buildings.
