I believe there is still insufficient information. We may have to admit the whole scene was shot in a sound stage. There is a fact though, a passenger tricycle already ruled out Hong Kong.
It's definitely not Fu Shin Street, not anywhere else in Taipo. My feeling is this is Macau, most likely in the vicinity of the area mentioned on the other thread. Doubt it's a sound stage, the crew was right there in Macau so no need to build a set for this brief scene.
