Star ferry boat in picture. That means between 1975 and 1988. The "green spot" soda sign on top of the building at Winslow-Chatham junction. The white building on the left looks like the Hunghom Funeral Parlour which opened end of 1977. So date should be 1978-1988.

On Tai Mansion at Gilles-Winslow junction was built in  Nov 1986. We can narrow down the date to 1987-1988

The building in the picture was misidentified as On Tai Mansion. They were rather Fok Lin building (1967) and Wah Lai building (1973). The junction is rather Winslow-Baker. One can see the sign "Fok Lin restaurant (福年酒樓)" on Fok Lin building.
