Charles & Cicely Warren

This is the last known photo of Charles Warren. It was taken to mark the arrival in Hong Kong of his new daughter-in-law, Cicely with his son Leslie. They had arrived in Hong Kong on 7th May 1923. One month later on 9 June,  Charles Warren would die of pneumonia. All the family photos taken at his home, The Towers, 20 Broadwood Road, seem to have been taken on the front steps or in the garden. I have therefore assumed that The Towers had no terrace and that earlier family photos taken on a terrace and thought to be at The Towers, were actually taken at John and Annie Olson's home at 13 Broadwood Road.
