I took this photo from a starting plane, shows Yau Tong Bay. Restructuring of the industrial area is still going on - old factories and shipyards removed, construction of new residential building hasn't started yet.
On the left is the entrance to the Eastern Harbour Tunnel, and a construction site behind.
