Comparison of the memorial garden of city hall in the 1960s and the current view. One can see the staircase has been rebuilt. It was on the right side of the doors in the 1960s. It has been moved to the left side of the doors in the current view. The original guardrails for the stairs were metallic but they have turned into white concrete.
