The title on Flickr is Caravon Road, Tsim Sha Tsui. Obviously incorrect, possibly a merger of Cameron and Carnarvon Roads. It is said that the empty lot on the right will be occupied later by the Hang Seng Bank (which opend in 1973). This means we look at the junction of Cameron and Carnarvon Roads in westerly direction.
Compare today's view. Traffic lights are still there.
