I have previously posted a photograph of a sports event parade. The community identified this as the Naval and Army Review at the Happy Valley Racecourse on 7th May 1935. The salute being taken by Govenor Peel.
Please can anyone confirm that this new photograph is the same event and if possible any further details. Many thanks

They're certainly both taken at the Happy Valley racecourse. There's a good chance they're of the same event, as in the top photo we can see scouts along the railing, then we can also see scouts in the lower photo at far right between the horse's head and the flag.
