It doesn't look like this is the Basel Mission building on High Street Sai Ying Pun.

The handwriting on the photo says "St. Stephens College". There is place named St Stephens College (1st Location) [c.1903-c.1924] that looks like your building:
That means also the date is incorrect.

The photo could be a rare view of Ball's Court from Bonham Road just west of Centre Street looking west. The sharp bend on the left should be just north of where Craigellachie was built. The row of terraced houses on the north side of Bonham Road were yet to be erected.
