The faint railway tracks on the road to the dockyard heading down Baker Street can just be seen in the image.

There appears to be a gate in the fence behind the freight wagons. i.e. the section with two bracing struts

I’m not sure of a definitive date for this scene-circa 1950s-early 1960s
