Noon Gun Grill
Hi moddsey,
my 1980 Hong Kong Tourist Association Official Guidebook says that the Noon Gun Grill was located in the World Trade Centre next to the Excelsior Hotel. The restaurant of the hotel was named Talk of the Town.
