This one had been put into good use for at least a year and a half. The ground floor shop is now a Clinic operated by the Chinese University School of Chinese Medicine. However it is uncertain about the 香港健康促進會 upstairs.
I was wondering if there was any more information regarding this building. I am currently a student working on a project where I have taken interest in this site. I am interested in its historical data, such as past tenancies or references to where I can further information to this.
If you are in Hong Kong, another good source of information is the rate books at the Public Records Office: https://gwulo.com/node/31261 and of course it's always good to visit and ask the residents what they can tell you.

To see who has owned the building over the years you could do a search of the Land Registry's records. There is a charge, but you can do it online: https://www.landreg.gov.hk/en/services/services_b.htm

Please let us know what you discover,
