This shows the Entertainment Building (2nd generation) at the junction of Wyndham Street and Queen's Road C. Despite the absence of a sign, this also shows King's Theatre (2nd gen.) - see comment below.
Behind the Entertainment Building and D'Aguilar Street are the Hing Wai Building, followed by Manning House.

Yes, it is Entertainment Building. During the late 60s, the KIng's Theatre showed Mandarin films. A portion of the film's advertising billboard can be seen at top left. The "Mocambo" was a popular nightclub at the time.
