Kwokar Film Studio 國家電影製片廠. Its location is shown on Gwulo's 1956 map of Kowloon, at that time, east of Dumbarton Road and north of Fuklo Tsun Road. Although these two roads appear to be connected, it is not clear if car traffic was possible. Access to the studio was likely from the winding road which could be the present Tung Tau Tsuen Road after realignment before connecting to the extended Junction Road. The site of the former studio is most likely the northern part of the current park.
