Probably taken in the first half of 1950's, instead of 1935.

ELECTRA House is in the background, indeed. So it is definitely post-war. Also the label "Messageries Maritimes" on Queen's Building is post-war.
What still puzzles me is the absence of cars (taxis) and the presence of rickshaws instead. This would fit into the 1920s and not 1950s. Possibly petrol shortage or lack of cars after the war.
