Murray Building is on the right...
Murray Building is on the right of Bank of China Building, which the top completed in 1969. Perhaps the year given in flickr can be pushed back but no later than 1975 as Wing Hong Building is not in the photo.
Date of the photo
The end of construction of Murray Building was in 1968 (according to Gwulo). I'm not sure if the date can be pushed much further than this year. On top of the Bank of China, a slogan from the Cultural Revolution is on display. It reads (Google translation!):
★Invincible★ Long live Mao Zedong Thought!
I don't know how long this was shown on top of the bank. If this were known, a year beyond 1968 could be assigned.
Addendum: the slogan was still there in 1970 (see here). I propose setting the date to 1970.
Discussion of Murray…
In the comment above, that's the "top" 6 storeys that were completed in 1969. It was opened in different phases. The link to the source of "the end of construction in 1968" in that Gwulo entry is not working. I have left details from my own notes in the entry of that building.
With Murray Building (the "top" ;) ) and Bank of China Building mentioned above, seems the range falls into 1970 or shortly after.
