Note the progress just in front of #1 Garden Terrace (花園台) - 8 Old Peak Road [1983- ], Garden Terrace Block 1 is under construction, and Blocks 2 and 3 just started. Behind Garden Terrace the upper part of Villa Elegance (1 Robinson Road) is visible. Behind that a tower is under construction, this could be the central part of The Albany.
