DISTANT VIEW -- as you seem to have a good knowledge of buildings in HK over a long period you may know some history of this white house in photo below As you see it stood proud by itself on a hill - very visible en route to Repulse Bay. Thank you for any light you can throw on this place - my father filmed it a few times.

Deep Water Bay?
This photo popped up as Random Photo. The building could be Nam Sha (28 Repulse Bay Road) 2025. It is still clearly visible upon the ridge on the way to Repulse Bay. Just compare:
The building has been modified in recent years, but the tower on the right looks at least similar.

Given the proximity of the gap behind the house, I would say this one was further up the hill than Nam Sha.

Yes, likely not Nam Sha. Next guess would be Estrellita.

It doesn't look like Estrellita. I imagine it could be one of the old houses that sits in the vicinity that has since been replaced by highrises...that is assuming it is indeed Repulse Bay Road and not somewhere else.
