Found this one on flickr in the album "Hong Kong 1972" by m20cw51.
Furama Hotel is under construction, and I believe that's the same for Altadena House. Old Cragside Mansions have already been demolished and an empty construction site can be seen left of Altadena. We should set demolition dates of Cragside to at least 1972, and finishing Altadena to 1972 or 1973.

Altadena lowrise completion date
Altadena was completed in 1974 and Cragside Mansion in 1975. The earliest sale I have seen for the redeveloped Cragside Mansion was for $1.12 million in 1975.
I have seen a 1950 picture that seems to show 22 Barker Road in the midst of construction, but it was still recognizable.
