Could the man on the left of this photo be Leonard le Breton, I wonder? He is given in jury lists as Assistant at Alex Ross. He died aged 31 according to his gravestone. My grandfather, C.E. Warren sent a wreath for his funeral (SCMP 23 January 1920), so the date given for the photo may be rather too close. Le Breton's address is given as 6 Broadwood Road.
Axel pointed me to this photo on eBAY some weeks ago, when it sold for an eye-watering £1,705 (appx. HK$20K). I've been amazed at how prices have increased over the last few years. Could this be the point where the bubble burst?
