This one is shot somewhere in Tsim Tsa Tsui. Possibly in Kowloon Park, and the two houses on right and left hand side might be Hanley and Manley Houses, resp. If you go to maximum magnification a (swimming?) crane can be seen in the background.

Well identified - that looks like the ground near today's rose garden in the park.
The crane in the background was probably over on Kowloon Wharves, maybe on a ship, or one like this:
