This shows the houses along Pok Fu Lam Road, with the ridge on the left leading up to High West.
It overlaps the photo showing Mount Kellett:
The light-coloured area in the centre of the photo is the construction site where they're building Pok Fu Lam No. 1 Service reservoir. A small building there confirms the construction date matches the time of Forman's visits to Hong Kong:
