This is a photo of my father’s car. As you can see, the De Soto was number 2284. Later, in the 50’s when I was at boarding school in the UK, my father had various Rootes Group Cars, which he bought in the UK and were shipped back to HK. I know he had a Hillman Minx and a Humber but I do not know their numbers nor do I have any photos of them.
