Old Beacon Hill Tunnel near South Portal

Us  kids in the 1950s talked about walking from one end of this tunnel to the next carrying flashlights, but never did.  So the next interesting thing to do was moving to the rear of the last cabin and watch the light at the north portal gets smaller and smaller, and at about the exact moment it disappeared on the horizon, our train came out at the south portal.
