This photo was probably taken later than 1963. Granted, The Mandarin opened its doors for customers in 1963, but Saint George's Building (the dark building behind The Mandarin) wasn't there in 1963 yet. Fellow contributor Moddsey mentioned Saint George's Building wasn't completed until 1969 in another comment in this thread.
