I live close to Kat Hing Wai and am familiar with the area. Unless I am very much mistaken, the stone seat which can be seen on the right hand side of the photo, immediately behind the group of 3 men with the one in the middle wearing a conical hat, is still in situ. The same tree also.
That location is now a sitting-out / children’s playground area.
You can certainly no longer park on Kam Tin Road as the people in this photo appear to have done!
