Hong Kong, air raid shelter along a street

Any guesses where this was located?

And are we looking at a trench shelter like the one in Southorn Playground, or something simpler like an Anderson shelter?

Ok I'll hand over Craig's carrot award for eyesight! Definitely a match on the railings, though they may well have surrounded the military cantonment area.

That low building (public convenience?) on the right of Forman's photo may help pinpoint the location. Also, it's hard to see, but do you think the far side of the road shows a fence, possibly the one along the edge of the cricket pitch?

By March 1941, only 20 Anderson type Air Raid Shelters had been bought in Hong Kong. Priced at $147 and could accommodate between six and eight persons. Hong Kong Sunday Herald 9 March 1941 refers.
