Guessing around 1919 but not later than 1920. The General Post Office Building (2nd Generation) at the corner of Pedder Street and Queen's Road Central has been leased out. Madame Flint, the French dress shop as noted here appears on the corner of Wyndham Street and Queen's Road Central.
(Updated on 21 December 2025 - Madame Flint opened a new branch of her dressmaking and millinery establishment at the corner of Queen's Road Central and Wyndham Street (32 QRC) in July 1919. China Mail 2 July 1919 refers)

We can refine the date a little further. As Madam Flint's shop is present in the photograph, it cannot be earlier than the beginning of July 1919 when the shop opened its doors then at the corner of QRC and Wyndham Street. Whoops = I see moddsey has done the update already!
