The government archived listed this to be taken in 1948. Could anyone confirm whether this is 1940s or 1950s please. The Hongkong Post is issuing new Kai Tak stamps tomorrow. One of them shows Kai Tak in 1960s. Thanks in advance for your reply.
As I understand, the photographer took at least three photographs of the same scene showing the same stationary aircraft in the background. Some of these photos were turned into commercial photographs that were available for purchase likely in the late 1940s and definitely in the 1950s.
