I failed to notice that this posted so long ago. A whole series of screenshots from Suzie Wong popped up on my PC monitor yesterday when I hit "What's New" .
I just love that Suzie Wong film and have watched it dozens of times, often pausing it and rewinding it a little in an effort to identify all the filming locations. I still have a version of it on an ancient VCR tape and have also kept an old VCR player …. but I no longer have the means to play it. My new ‘Smart TV’ is not smart enough to play back analogue format recordings.
Thank you, Chinarail, for mentioning your "ancient VCR tape" of the movie The World of Suzie Wong. Your post reminded me of the ancient VCR tape that I have of the movie so I took photos of it.
I wonder if the baby in the movie, grew up to become an actor.

@ "Queens Road "
Think you have the caption incorrect.
This must surely be Des Voeux Road ?
Queen's Road
A blast from the distant past Peter, but yes, you are correct. I shall amend accordingly.
Cheers, Phil
