Is there a Gasometer in the photo? On the other hand, the playground of Wah Yan College Hong Kong appeared to be all dug up, or incompleted. I suspect this photo is earlier than the 1960's.
No AIA Building, which was inaugurated in 1966. But the Wah Yan College playground is an anomoly as it was supposed to be inaugurated in December 1955. The upper & lower car park area also looked like a construction site in the photo.
The TWGH Li Chi Ho Primary School was not there while it was in the 1963 photo. Pre-1963 at least.
Anybody familiar with the Morrison Hill demolishment could provide some enlightenment?

Re: Photo
The reclaimed runway at Kai Tak is not there. Pre-1958.
Re: Gasometer
Think the gasometer is still there. It can still be seen on an aerial photograph from 1963. therefore 1960s would fit.

Wah Yan College
I think Wah Yan College is being built. Likely 1954/55. A 1955 photo of Wah Yan College at https://www.flickr.com/photos/45785194@N00/2795336701/

About the same time, possibly a wee bit earlier by a few weeks compared with this 1954 view:
