The food store was mentioned many times in Sheridan's War Diary ( http://gwulo.com/node/13605/view-pages ). There was no existing marker for this, and its location is unconfirmed but after visiting I am relatively convinced that the photo above is it and it still exists. It is a large building with different design to other buildings in the area, with industrial-like doorframes (for stocking/removing supplies etc).

Concrete food store
Sheridan mentions it on three days, 20, 21, and 22 Dec 1941. He describes it as "the concrete food store at Chung-Am-Kok", so as it was built from concrete there may still be remains of it today.
Other food stores and the related shelter areas are described at: http://gwulo.com/hong-kong-shelter-area
Went there yesterday
There's lots of bunkers on the slope behind this "food store"
