Sham Shui Po Ferry Pier

I think this is Mongkok Ferry Pier at the west end of Shantung Street.

Agree with Phil, it is the Mong Kok Ferry Pier, compare this photo from the 1960s:

This may also be the pier at the end of Pei Ho St. in Shamshuipo.

I think ymsitt has the correct location.They are two identical structures but the buildings at the back match the ones in the image of Sham Shui Po.

Still think it's Mong Kok.

Compare the number of windows in the white building at the end of the pier. The one on Davis Lenscraft's photo has one double and three single windows, while the Shamshuipo pier has one double and five single windows, and this in a different order.

Both piers look very much the same because they both were built in 1930/31 using identical design.

P.S. The photo posted by ymsitt is a duplicate, the orignally posted one is dated to the 1970s.

I think the building on the pier has just been changed that's all. I think it's more important to look at the background. 1. the building with the advert on it in both images has the same shaped left hand edge, but more importantly 2. the relative direction of  Beacon Hill and Lion Rock in the background matches the Sham Shui Po pier and not Mongkok. If we were looking at the same angle at Mongkok, we shouldn't be able to even see those two hills from this angle.

Beacon Hill is on the left and Lion Rock can be partially seen between the advert building and the building on the far right.

Sham Shui Po Ferry Pier is it, I'm convinced now.
