Hi There,
Based on this old aerial photo, from what I saw earlier while peeping into the site through the holes at both gates, it would seem since last year, the garden had been bulldozed. The fountain & the mansion up the slope appeared to be intact, but uncertain of its fate just yet. I don't have a fisheye lens or there might be more information through the holes. Also the fence is too high for over-the-head shots too.
There are building materials inside the fence though.
