Agree with moddsey. Should be Wyndham Street at the junction with On Lan Street. Building on north corner of On Lan & Wyndham Streets should be on the right. Sedan Chair stand further down the street on the right side.
On this photo the theatre is on the right. The theatre building and the one closer to Queen's Road were demolished and replaced by the Entertainment Building which opened in 1931.
The date of the original photo could be in the 1920s.

The smaller building on the left is/was the Bijou~Coronet Theatre / 比照戲院 [1910-1925], see photo below:
