This kind of stone wheels can be found in some abandoned villages in Wong Chuk Shan and Tai No in Sai Kung. Obviously there were once some local sugar refineries in the area back about a decade ago. Does anyone know how these wheels work? Or do you have an old photo which shows the actual process?
