Residence of Judge Henry John Ball who died sometime in 1874. His estate was probated in 1875, document at the Public Records Office.

Is there a copy of the death certificate available?

I'm not sure if there's a death certificate available, but Carl Smith's card #79765 says Ball died on 20 August 1874, so before the typhoon hit.
