Greetings!  No wonder the road alignment turned out this way.  There were no fence or barrier along the tracks in the 1960s.  After a short walk up to the tracks, I would continue my way to Lion Rock.  On the northwest part of the junction, there was once a shanty town.  After the fire and its departure, the land was left vacant and tall vegetation moved back in.  The grasshoppers were fairly big and could fly some distance.  Fortunately, they were more afraid of you than you of them.   Regards,  Peter
