1900s Victoria Harbour Central

Hi here is another photo of the Victoria Harbour view C. 1900, from this photo we can see the Central reclamation (which Connaught Road to be built) has just started, it began in around 1889 so I think 1900 is when this photo been taken.  HD link: https://photos.app.goo.gl/LQLU6ZSVzYmGejmN6

Also I have taken some close shots and found few interesting thing:

1. I think this is the very old Lane Crawford's office in Central, it is told by what its rooftop's advertisment! Interestingly there was a Switzerland flag on the top. The wooden structure in front of it was temporarily used for reclamation?

2. This close up shop a building with a signboard "Ship Chandlers and Stevedores", it is obviously a ship store which was selling parts for ships and manpower!

The short pier extends out from the line of Pottinger Street. It looks as though the reclamation east of Pottinger Street is finished, but the reclamation to the west hasn't started yet.
