The film "Solomon and Sheba" had a rather long run at the Princess Theatre and was screened from 24 June till 26 July 1960.

Greetings. During the showing of "The Bridge on the River Kwai" (1957), likely in 1958, they placed a bamboo model of a part of the bridge at the same billboard site in front of the 4-storey building. Thanks Klaus. Regards, Peter
