Address: Holy Cross Path at Shau Kei Wan Road, Shau Ki Wan, Hong Kong. The information in the Wikipedia source shows that the site is the current 利基大廈 Lee Ga Building, the southwest corner of Holy Cross Path - Sai Wan Ho Street intersection.
According to Cinema Treasures, The Cheong Lok Theatre was opened to business at an unknown date before 1927. The theatre operated during the period from 1924 * to 1969. The site is now occupied by a residential building.
