Henri McKerr-Kastan let us know the location of this one via Annemarie Evans's Facebook page. He sent this map, which has the incinerator marked just below the circle that was the landing pad:
He says it's about where the swimming pool is today.
I think it's the smoking chimney shown at the left of this photo from 1983:

Completion / Demolition
I've set the completion date to 1958, based on this mention in the Hong Kong Annual Report for 1958:
[...] The refuse collected in these villages is usually burnt or buried on the spot. Three incinerators have been built at Sha Tau Kok, on Peng Chau, and at Mui Wo, and more are planned.
And I've set the demolition date to the year that the replacement, larger incinerator was commissioned, but that's just a guess.
