Hi there,

This photo is showing the Victoria Harbour.  The Admiralty is visble with Kowloon in the background.  Based on the point of view the photographer was very likely  on Kennedy Road or just a little bit higher.  Possibly the shot was taken on his way up Magazine Gap?
