First building on the right is 54-56 QRC Gaupp & Co, (only partly visible), then Victoria Exchange at 50-52 QRC, occupied by Sayle & Co. (see the sign). Next building should be 48 QRC. Note the sign of the Commercial Billiard Rooms; couldn't find any information about it.
Pedder Street Clock Tower in the back, behind is Hongkong Hotel. One of the buildings on the left should be the Land Office.
A view in the opposite direction can be seen here, but this one was taken at another date in 1869.

The 1869 Chronicle and Directory for China, Japan etc has entries for the Commercial Billiard Rooms. It appears the premises extended from Queen's Road to the rear at Stanley Street.
