The Chinese signs gave the place away. The sloping street shown in the capture was Centre Street wet market in Western District. I recognized it because there is the Sign [多男大茶樓] at Centre & Queen's Road West. The location of the camera man should be somewhere around slight higher than where Centre met 2nd Street.
