The Poor Man's Night Market in Sheung Wan

I can hear that jet-engine roar as they turn up the flame for the stir frying.

Hi There,

I guess that was exactly why the Government did not relocate the night market.  If you pay attention to the photo, the pressurized Kerosen stove was sitting on top of and being surrounded by Kerosen Fuel Cans.  Owing to the operational need of a pressurized tank, mishaps might happen if they are not careful while re-fueling (which actually have to have it depresurized and cooled before pouring in new fuel).

I do have one of these portable bronze kerosen stove for camping, which needs quite a bit of pumping before lighting it up.
