Hello David, This is a lovely painting I came across while helping my brother clean out his home, he is at the age of down sizing and would like to sell it. It's done by some one with great skill. 18 inches high by 24 inches across. He does live in Naples Florida USA so I do believe he acquired it there. Thanks for any advice you could give.
